On Being Bilingual

Diversity sells in today's marketplace. It's sexy, and never stops being interesting. There is an almost endless supply of conversation topics in my brain to ask a foreigner - which I cannot always say I have on hand for a fellow American.

Limiting my range of experience to only English speaking experiences is just that - far too limiting. In business, it limits my clients to only English speaking clients without the help of a translator.

I will start today with a 90 day goal of knowing novice Spanish. Wish me luck.
